They contain a removable dot, which forms a safe area in which the painful spur is protected against the pressure from the hard surface of the shoe. Flexible goat leather, which pads the cups, remains in contact with the foot without irritating it. The harder moosgummi material stabilises the position of the foot thus improving the comfort of using the shoes.
